Growing up she was never the class clown, but rather the overachiever, a personality trait that continues on as she balances PR rituals and her family.Founder of NGE along with partners Alton Haywood, David Demery and Preston Gant, born in Memphis, eldest of 3 children, SUNSET.ng moved with her family to California was she was just 6 years old.

After "doing 16 years in Compton," then "4 years in Long Beach" she presently lives in south Corona, California. She tried her hand in real estate did very well, but FOUND herself in the world of standup comedy more than 7 years ago. SUNSET.ng performed for the very first time in Los Angeles at a comedy club ( for a spance of 3 mins) at that time known as the Comedy Act. After a few shows here and there, she found it necessary to come away from her passion as a result of giving birth to her first daughter, then another followed forcing SUNSET.ng to stay away from the stage for 3 years. Both of her daughters are exactly one year apart born on the same day, November 29, 1996 and 1997. After weaning her children she and her husband agreed that she return back to the stage, when she was offered a hosting job for a cable television comedy show called BENZWA's Comedy Stop. After being on the road and doing a host of comedy clubs, theaters, etc., for a span of 3 years, (go see www.comedy.com/sunset) she started putting together wholesome productions after the undisciplined "rooms" left her disillusioned.
